1. Shipping Scope
We currently offer FREE shipping to all customers within the United States. We focus on delivering high-quality pet products directly to your doorstep with the care your furry friends deserve.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
For the United States, we use standard tracked shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days.
Shipping cost: FREE on all orders.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your pet's gear directly on our website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LoveyPaws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at loveypaws@outlook.es to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Order Cancellations
We allow order cancellations within the first 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and sent to our logistics partner, we cannot cancel the shipment.
